Hitachi Construction Machinery "Happiness Day" Event

As a traditional CSR project of Hitachi Construction Machinery, the Factory Open Day has been successfully held six times before. Bringing family members into the company, enhancing their understanding of and care for employees, and providing a platform for employees' children to learn through play are the original intentions and significance of the Open Day. With a heart of gratitude, the company gives back to the employees and their families, partners, and regional stakeholders who have accompanied and supported the company's development all along. After a three-year hiatus, the Factory Open Day restarted with the theme "Happiness Day," continuing to pass smiles and joy to every member of the Hitachi Construction Machinery family.

A spectacular excavator performance

Hitachi Construction Machinery is committed to taking root in China and putting people first, always remembering to give back to the local community and the company's employees. This year's "Happiness Day" event was jointly organized by the CSR Management Promotion Committee, the labor union, and relevant departments. More than 100 families from HCMC, Hitachi Construction Machinery Sales (China) Co., Ltd., partner enterprises, and the community were invited to participate, and more than 30 employee volunteers provided full support throughout the event to ensure its success.

The event began in a relaxed and cheerful atmosphere. First, Mr. Zhang Bangshu, Deputy General Manager of HCMC, took the stage to deliver a speech, extending a warm welcome to the families and children. A wonderful opening performance, a rich array of on-site activities, a factory tour, and a lucky draw followed in close succession, with laughter rising and falling throughout. To help the employees' children in attendance better understand the company's culture, the organizing committee carefully arranged themed activities such as "Safety and Environment Little Experts, Charge Ahead," "Excavator Mini-Class, Explore the Big World," "Children's Paintings of Hitachi Construction Machinery, Drawing the Future Together," and "Swap for Fun Mini Market." The children participated enthusiastically and communicated happily, and their innocent smiling faces became a beautiful sight of the Open Day.

During the interaction, the invited families watched a spectacular excavator performance presented by HCMC employees and experienced simple, pure joy in the "Happy Ring Toss" mini-game. Children in the families could also ride in an excavator and experience the excellent quality and powerful performance of Hitachi Construction Machinery products.
