Cummins China recently announced that Sun Qiaoke, currently General Manager of Dongfeng Cummins Emission Solutions Co., Ltd., will succeed Yang Xiaodong as General Manager of Eaton Cummins (China) Transmissions Co., Ltd., assuming overall responsibility for Eaton Cummins' business in China. Yang Xiaodong will serve as Business Development Director of Cummins China Components Business Unit and concurrently as China Sales and Marketing Director of Cummins Emission Solutions. The appointments will take effect on July 21, 2025.

In his new role, Sun Qiaoke will assume overall responsibility for Eaton Cummins' business in China and lead the team to accelerate progress in key areas, including:

• Fully leveraging the complementary strengths of the Eaton and Cummins joint venture partners to accelerate technological innovation and deepen localization advantages

• Steadily implementing key strategic initiatives to drive sustained business growth

• Expanding the product portfolio and deepening innovative service models to create greater value for customers

• Engaging in deep collaboration with customers, partners, suppliers and other industry stakeholders to jointly seize new opportunities in intelligent and low-carbon development

• Developing a high-performing team and enhancing organizational effectiveness

Sun Qiaoke joined Cummins China in 2008 and has held leadership positions in procurement and supply chain management across several Cummins business units. He became General Manager of Dongfeng Cummins Emission Solutions Co., Ltd. in 2021. During his tenure, Sun Qiaoke led the team in building a "customer-centric" core philosophy, promoted deep collaboration between the company and its partners, and achieved important breakthroughs in diversified business expansion while driving sustained and stable growth of the core business. In addition, he led the team in actively advancing intelligent manufacturing, turning Dongfeng Cummins Emission Solutions into a model among Cummins Emission Solutions' global manufacturing centers and setting multiple outstanding records in safety production and quality excellence.
