Delivering Special Party Lectures

On June 25, Lin Junke, Secretary of the Company's Party Committee and Chairman, delivered a special Party lecture on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, titled "Strengthen Party Building, Transform Work Style, Ensure Implementation—Accelerate the High-Quality Development of the Enterprise with Excellent Work Style," to all Party members. The lecture aimed to thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on strengthening Party conduct and the work requirements on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, and to educate and guide all Party members and cadres to take innovation as the soul and practical work as the foundation, comprehensively forge the steel backbone of the nation's great heavy equipment, and provide strong disciplinary guarantees for promoting the high-quality development of the enterprise.

Reviewing the Party Admission Oath

On the eve of July 1st, more than 50 Party members from the First and Second Party Branches of the Shield Tunneling Company reviewed the Party admission oath at the birthplace of the "Three Transformations" initiative and the National Patriotism Education Demonstration Base, expressing their loyalty and love for the Party and drawing strength to forge ahead. Everyone expressed that, guided by the "Three Transformations," they would stay committed to their posts, overcome difficulties, dare to innovate, and contribute their wisdom and strength to the company's high-quality development. 

Carrying Out Themed Party Day Activities

On the eve of July 1st, the Party Committee of the Technology Center carried out a themed activity titled "Inheriting the Red Gene, Forging Youth Responsibility." Through distinctive programs such as "Party History Sequencing + Red Script Murder Mystery + Red Boat Co-building," the activity enriched the spiritual and cultural life of Party members and inspired them to carry forward the engineer spirit on the journey of technological innovation, devote themselves to work with greater enthusiasm and higher morale, overcome technical difficulties one after another, develop more and better "great national heavy equipment," and inject strong innovative momentum into the enterprise's development.

On June 30, the Party Branch of the Economic Service Center held a Party members' meeting and themed Party Day activity titled "Celebrating the 104th Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation." Participants watched the "2025 Work Safety Month Thematic Promotional Video," studied the Central Committee's "Work Tips on Thoroughly Implementing the Spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation" and the "Notice on Further Giving Play to the Leading Role of 'Three Peaks' Party Building and Strengthening the Implementation of the Work Safety Responsibility System," and held lively discussions around the study content. Party members shared their understanding and awareness of the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation in light of their actual work, as well as how to implement work safety responsibilities in daily work.

Presenting Flags to Vanguard Teams

On July 1, the Party branches of Tianjin Company, under the theme of "One Branch, One Banner," reported on their experience and practices in work safety, quality service, and innovative development in light of their respective business characteristics. During the event, the Party Committee of Tianjin Company presented flags to each Party branch, encouraging them to continue leading Party members and the masses to charge ahead in urgent, difficult, dangerous, and heavy tasks, and to turn "frontline positions" into "red positions."

The Party Member Assault Team of the Linhai Water Supply Project of the Technical Service Company gave full play to its role as a fighting fortress and vanguard model. Through measures such as optimizing the construction plan and dynamically adjusting tunneling parameters, it promoted the deep integration of Party building and business, effectively improving construction efficiency. In June, the project achieved a maximum advance of 15.4 meters per shift and 28.37 meters per day, with cumulative advance exceeding 1,057 meters.

Organizing Field Study

On June 28, the Party Branch of the International Department organized Party members and cadres to go to the Jiao Yulu Executive Leadership Academy in Henan Province to carry out a field study activity themed "Firm Belief, Forge Ahead." During the activity, Party members and cadres visited the Comrade Jiao Yulu Memorial Hall, received a Party spirit education and spiritual baptism, and gained an in-depth understanding of Comrade Jiao Yulu's life deeds and selfless dedication. Everyone expressed that they would take Comrade Jiao Yulu as an example, stay committed to their own posts, translate the Jiao Yulu spirit into practical actions, and in international business expansion, overcome numerous difficulties with firm belief, fearless courage, and unremitting efforts, contributing to the enterprise's development.

Collectively Celebrating Political Birthdays

On the eve of July 1st, the Party Committee of the Headquarters commended the second batch of advanced collectives and advanced individuals under the Party Member Vanguard Project and carried out a collective political birthday activity, rereading Party admission applications and reviewing the Party admission oath, inspiring the broad ranks of Party members and cadres to stay true to their original aspiration, keep their mission firmly in mind, and further enhancing the cohesion and combat effectiveness of Party organizations.

Carrying Out Integrity Warning Education

On June 25, the Party Committee of the Equipment Company organized more than 60 Party members to go to the Henan Provincial Integrity Culture Education Hall to carry out warning education activities. Inside the hall, Party members carefully viewed various integrity education exhibitions and warning cases and deeply felt the serious harm of corrupt behavior. After the visit, everyone expressed that they would take this activity as an opportunity to always maintain a clear head, strengthen the "Six Integrities" cultural education, practice the original aspiration and mission of Party members through practical actions, and contribute to the healthy and stable development of the company. 

Promoting Joint Construction and Co-building

On June 20, the Party Branch of China Railway Huasui and the Fifth Party Branch of Foshan Metro Construction Company carried out a branch co-building activity titled "Branch Co-building Strengthens the Fortress, Shield Tunneling Empowers Development." Combining the study and education on implementing the spirit of the Central Committee's Eight-Point Regulation, the two sides, with the goal of "resource sharing, complementary advantages, and coordinated development," closely integrated the study and education with the implementation of the Party Central Committee's decisions and arrangements and the company's development goals, striving to push the construction of Foshan Metro and the application of shield tunneling machines to a new level.
