On June 27, Zoomlion and China Railway 25th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "China Railway 25th Bureau") signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changsha. Cheng Zhiqiang, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of China Railway 25th Bureau, and Yuan Ye and Guo Xuehong, Vice Presidents of Zoomlion, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing. The two parties held discussions and exchanges on further deepening cooperation.

Yuan Ye and Guo Xuehong welcomed Cheng Zhiqiang and his delegation. At the meeting, Guo Xuehong gave a detailed introduction to Zoomlion's history, current development status, core products and technical advantages, as well as its overseas business system featuring "end-to-end, digitalization and localization." He stated that China Railway 25th Bureau is an important strategic partner of Zoomlion, and that the two parties have huge cooperation potential and broad prospects. Zoomlion has always adhered to innovation-driven development and has achieved remarkable results in fields such as electrification, intelligentization and digitalization, and he expressed the hope that the two parties will further deepen cooperation.

Cheng Zhiqiang spoke highly of Zoomlion's intelligent manufacturing level and globalization development strategy. He stated that in recent years, China Railway 25th Bureau has been making comprehensive efforts in the fields of new energy and large-scale operation and maintenance business, and has achieved certain results. Zoomlion's intelligent factories and electrified products are impressive, and the two parties have very broad cooperation space in the fields of mining machinery and the electrification of construction machinery. He expressed the hope that this signing will serve as an opportunity to achieve a strong alliance and jointly promote the transformation and upgrading of the industry.

Before the meeting, Cheng Zhiqiang and his delegation also visited Zoomlion's Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park for mixer trucks, as well as the Earthmoving Machinery Park of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City and the headquarters R&D building. Relevant personnel from related departments and affiliated units of Zoomlion and China Railway 25th Bureau participated in the talks.
