On the afternoon of June 30, Liu Hongwei, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, held talks with Wang Qiusheng, Party Secretary and Chairman of CCCC Yangtze River Construction, in Chongqing. The two sides held discussions and exchanges on further deepening cooperation. Li Yi, Deputy General Manager of the Company, and Yuan Yunguang, Deputy General Manager of Yangtze River Construction, attended the talks.

Liu Hongwei expressed gratitude to Yangtze River Construction Group for its long-standing support and assistance to Xizhu, and introduced Xizhu's transformation and upgrading, business system, and current development status. He stated that Yangtze River Construction Group, based in Chongqing, focuses on three major sectors—water conservancy and hydropower, infrastructure, and ecological environmental protection—and has undertaken a number of high-quality projects, forming an integrated service advantage across the entire industry chain of investment, construction, and operation. He expressed the hope that both sides would further strengthen multi-level exchanges and engage in pragmatic cooperation in areas such as smart project departments and contract energy management, working together to pursue high-quality development.

Wang Qiusheng extended a warm welcome to Liu Hongwei and his delegation, and introduced the development situation and business characteristics of Yangtze River Construction since its establishment. He stated that Xizhu, as an important enterprise in the Group's equipment manufacturing segment, has continuously strengthened technological innovation and new product research and development amid its transformation and development, achieving remarkable results. He expressed the expectation that both sides would complement each other's strengths in business areas such as new equipment for water conservancy construction, photovoltaic construction design, and contract energy management, explore cooperation opportunities, and jointly create more new high-quality collaborative projects.
