During the Paris International Air Show held from June 16 to 22, 2025, Liebherr-Aerospace was honored to welcome customers and partners from around the world and China at its booth. These visits provided valuable opportunities to discuss current projects and future cooperation in the Chinese market.

Mr. Julien Moll, General Manager of the Aviation Division of Liebherr (China) Co., Ltd., held productive discussions with several Chinese delegations, focusing on technical cooperation, localized support, and Liebherr-Aerospace's long-term commitment to the Chinese aviation market.

At this air show, Liebherr-Aerospace presented a range of innovative technologies that are already in application and will shape the future of aviation. From distributed hydraulic systems and modular electromechanical actuators to high-performance electrical systems, Liebherr continues to drive the development of sustainable and efficient aerospace solutions.

One of the most eye-catching exhibits at the air show was Liebherr's 100 kW electric turbo compressor (MTC) and its accompanying electronic control unit (MCU). The MTC can provide oil-free compressed air for applications such as cabin pressurization and hydrogen fuel cell systems. Progress in this technology has been made possible by successful partnerships and publicly funded projects, including:

● Clean Hydrogen Partnership (BRAVA)

● French Civil Aviation Authority (DGAC) NEXT'STEP program

● Clean Sky 2 (Systems Technology Validation Platform)

● Clean Aviation (ACAP, FAME projects)

Other exhibits worth seeing included the nose landing gear of the Airbus A220 and a 1:1.15 scale model of the Boeing 777X folding wingtip, fully demonstrating Liebherr's key role in major global aircraft programs.

The interactions with visiting guests further strengthened mutual trust and laid the foundation for in-depth cooperation and joint innovation in the global aviation market in the future.
