On May 20, 2025, the Guangdong Provincial Construction Industry Association formed an evaluation committee and organized in Guangzhou an evaluation meeting for the scientific and technological achievement "Key Technologies for the Design and Construction of 'Central Sequential and Peripheral Reverse' Deep and Large Foundation Pits in Urban Renewal Complexes." The achievement was jointly completed by China Construction First Building (Group) Co., Ltd., China Construction First Building Group South China Construction Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Gongkan Geotechnical Group Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Huayi Design Consultants (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Rongbaisheng Architectural Structure Design Office. The evaluation committee reviewed the relevant materials, listened to the report,and afterquestioning,discussion,the achievement passed the evaluation,reachingthe "international advanced" level.

On June 18, 2025, the Beijing Municipal Construction Industry Federation organized an evaluation meeting for the scientific and technological achievement "Key Geotechnical Engineering Technologies under Soft-Hard Composite Stratum Conditions in Reclamation Areas," completed by China Construction First Building Group Construction Development Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Gongkan Geotechnical Group Co., Ltd. The evaluation committee experts listened to the achievement report, reviewed the relevant technical documents and materials, and after questioning and discussion,the achievement reachedthe "international advanced" level.
