He emphasized that, leveraging precise insight into market dynamics and forward-looking strategic planning, Nanfang Luji has for years continued to deepen its work in the emerging engineering material field of fluidized stabilized soil. Building on the application experience and R&D upgrades from the company's NZLC plant-based fluidized stabilized soil projects, it launched a modular fluidized stabilized soil equipment pilot machine. After more than 1,000 hours of on-site verification and continuous optimization and improvement, this provided a solid technical foundation and practical support for the successful launch of the new product.

As an innovative piece of equipment designed specifically for the resource utilization of waste soil and mud cake, the NZLG60 solves problems in existing production methods such as slow relocation, long construction periods, and difficulties in breaking down and conveying sticky, wet muck. During production, the equipment precisely meters waste soil and mud cake, curing agent, treatable solid waste, and water according to the mix ratio and feeds them into the main unit, where the raw materials are efficiently broken down through a variable-speed flying-knife system to achieve homogeneous mixing. It can also be equipped with Nanfang Luji's self-developed fluidized stabilized soil concentration detection unit and flow value AI detection unit, thereby producing high-quality fluidized stabilized soil. The finished product can be used in low-strength backfill projects, such as foundation treatment and filling of narrow, irregular spaces such as pipe galleries and fertilizer trenches. In addition, the equipment features a compact modular design and fully automated control, occupies little space, and enables rapid relocation—haul it away in one pull and use it as soon as it is set down, with production starting the same day.
