To further enhance the construction efficiency and overall performance of concrete wet spraying machines, CRCC Heavy Industry has launched a new generation of concrete wet spraying machines. Equipped with a 103 kW China IV engine, the vehicle offers strong power and rapid relocation, along with a fully hydraulic braking system for safety and reliability. Its high-capacity 45 m³/h pumping system greatly improves construction efficiency. The Φ125 mm diameter delivery pipeline can handle both "coarse and fine" materials, reducing the probability of pipe blockage by 60% and further improving equipment adaptability. A 1500 L large-capacity accelerator tank reduces the number of refills and improves construction efficiency. Adopting a two-stage telescopic + folding boom configuration, it achieves a maximum spraying height of 17 meters and a maximum spraying width of 28 meters. Equipped with a nozzle assembly featuring 360° axial rotation, 240° left-right deflection, and 8° sweeping, it enables 360° spraying without dead angles.

The launch of the new generation concrete wet spraying machine improves the performance of tunnel support equipment, addresses industry pain points such as low construction efficiency and frequent pipe blockage, and provides a new efficient solution for mechanized tunnel support construction in railway, highway, water conservancy, and other projects.
