Recently, Xinjiang Pangyuan reached a new development milestone—the newly awarded 2025 processing project for pumping unit parts from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Third Machine Tool Co., Ltd. achieved the first batch delivery of 50 units. This delivery is not only an important beginning of cooperation between the two parties, but also demonstrates the outstanding quality and market competitiveness of the pumping unit project.

Since early May 2025, the Xinjiang Pangyuan Remanufacturing Center successfully won the bid through the efforts of all parties, and has now smoothly delivered the first batch of 10 sets in accordance with contract requirements. The 50 pumping units produced this time consist of a power unit, reducer, four-bar linkage (crank, connecting rod, walking beam), horsehead, carrier bar, and balancing device (such as counterweights). Pumping units are suitable for oilfield extraction and are key equipment for lifting underground crude oil to the surface. Because the horsehead moves up and down in a reciprocating motion during operation, they are often vividly called "nodding donkeys." This project has written a brilliant chapter in the cooperation between the two parties!

It is reported that Xinjiang Pangyuan undertook the full set of structural component manufacturing tasks for the pumping units and successfully delivered a prototype on May 29. Relying on advanced production processes, tooling, and guaranteed welding quality, the prototype quickly won high recognition from Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Third Machine Tool Co., Ltd., laying a solid foundation for subsequent mass production. This is not only recognition of its technical capabilities, but also a test of the enterprise's production efficiency and quality control.
