Su Zimeng delivered a keynote speech titled "Operation of the Construction Machinery Industry Since 2025 and Outlook for the Full Year"

Su Zimeng pointed out that since 2025, the construction machinery industry has fully implemented the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee, better grasped the direction of industry development, actively responded to changes in domestic and international market environments, sought truth and pragmatism, and worked hard with determination. The entire industry has achieved a number of scientific and technological innovation results, the level of industrial foundation advancement and industrial chain modernization has continued to improve, the pace of internationalization has continued to accelerate, and high-quality development has been solidly advanced. At the same time, he analyzed and reviewed the operation of the construction machinery industry since 2025 from five aspects.

In his speech, Su Zimeng stated that although the adverse effects brought by changes in the external environment have increased and the international situation is severe and complex, as macro-control efforts intensify and policy effects combine and take effect, favorable factors supporting the stable operation and high-quality development of the industry will continue to gather and increase, and the development environment of China's construction machinery industry will steadily improve. Thanks to China's construction machinery technology, products, and services being increasingly recognized and accepted by international users, as well as the continuous improvement and upgrading of industry enterprises' overseas business layouts, the industry's export volume will still maintain a relatively high level this year.

Based on comprehensive judgment, it is expected that in 2025 the Chinese construction machinery industry will continue to show a development trend of stable operation and steady progress, major economic indicators will grow steadily, and foreign trade will remain basically stable.

Regarding the main work of the industry at present, Su Zimeng proposed that the key work of the industry in 2025 includes fully implementing the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and better grasping the direction of industry development in a truth-seeking, pragmatic, and enterprising manner; advancing internationalization development with high quality; breaking "involution-style" competition and building a healthy development ecosystem; actively using artificial intelligence technology to empower high-quality industry development; seizing the momentum to complete the development goals and tasks of the construction machinery industry's "14th Five-Year Plan" with high quality; and pooling strength to hold a high-quality Beijing BICES construction machinery exhibition.

Su Zimeng stated that BICES 2025 will comprehensively display the latest development achievements of the construction machinery industry and construction solutions and equipment suitable for more scenarios, fully reflecting the development achievements of the construction machinery industry during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and will welcome more domestic and overseas users and visitors to visit and exchange on site.

Wu Peiguo delivered a keynote speech titled "Organization and Preparation of BICES 2025"

Wu Peiguo focused on introducing the exhibition organization and preparation work from five aspects: the organization of exhibitors, theme exhibition areas, and featured zones; the organization of professional visitors, especially international visitors; concurrent conferences and activities; domestic and international publicity; and on-site operations. He pointed out that, up to now, the number of registered exhibitors has increased by more than 10% year on year, especially with a rapid increase in the number of new exhibitors in the high-end, intelligent, and green industrial chain and supply chain. The total exhibition area is expected to exceed 150,000 m², and preparations for four major theme pavilions and 13 featured zones are progressing smoothly, which will centrally display various innovation achievements since the "14th Five-Year Plan," especially over the past two years. In addition, more than 100 high-quality concurrent conferences and activities have basically been finalized, and the organization of domestic and international users and professional visitors has been fully launched. It is expected to attract 10,000 overseas professional visitors to attend the exhibition, and about 200 domestic and international news media will conduct all-round, three-dimensional on-site reporting and publicity. On-site operations will also be comprehensively upgraded in nine aspects. At the same time, in order to better meet the demands of enterprises and users, the daily exhibition time of this edition will be adjusted to 9:00 to 18:00, providing exhibitors and visitors with a more convenient, efficient, and comfortable exhibition experience.

Entrusted by the BICES Organizing Committee, Li Jianyou introduced the BICES 2025 "Three New" progress promotion activity for new products, new technologies, and new achievements. He stated that at BICES 2025, numerous new products, new technologies, and new achievements will be comprehensively displayed.
