through a three-dimensional training model of "theory + discussion + practice"

    Cui Jianhua, Party Secretary of the School of Economics at Peking University; Zhang Yiqing, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of the Company; and Wang Chun, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Labor Union of the Company, attended the opening ceremony. Cui Jianhua welcomed the Company, introduced the long history of Peking University, and offered his best wishes to the trainees.

    Zhang Yiqing, Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of the Company, expressed gratitude for the university's meticulous preparations. He noted that the Company has deep ties of cooperation with Peking University, having built landmark projects such as the Peking University Library, the Centennial Hall, and the Khoo Teck Puat Gymnasium, serving the construction of Peking University's teaching and research environment with the responsibility of a central state-owned enterprise. This further deepening of university-enterprise cooperation reflects the shared mission of both sides and is another joining of hands between "builders" and "educators." He hoped the trainees would cherish this learning opportunity, devote themselves fully to their studies, interact and communicate actively, integrate corporate realities with what they learn, and transform knowledge into momentum for driving the Company's development.

    The theme of the second phase is the Energy-Storage Thinking module, organized around two major modules: strategic thinking and management practice. It offers courses on the macroeconomy, platform building, marketing, financial management, and building high-performance teams, helping trainees further expand their corporate management vision and build up their knowledge reserves for becoming outstanding entrepreneurs.
