On June 10, the Niyang River Flood Control Project in Tibet, constructed by Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd., successfully passed the completion acceptance, marking the project's transition from the construction implementation stage to the operation and management stage.

This project is a key livelihood project in Nyingchi City and also an annual key project under the initiative to "promote high-quality development of Nyingchi and advance reform and opening up ahead of schedule." The project's construction has been featured in exclusive interviews and reports by Tibet News Broadcast and Nyingchi News. The project is located in Bayi District, Nyingchi City, and its main construction contents include the embankment works on the left bank of the Niyang River from Baji to the Fourth Bridge, dry-season riverbed widening works, construction of culvert pipes through the embankment, construction diversion works, construction traffic works, and temporary building works. Upon completion, the project will safeguard the lives and property of local farmers and herdsmen during flood seasons, ensure safe flood passage, and effectively improve the ecological environment on the left bank of the Niyang River.

The acceptance team conducted on-site inspections at the construction site and, at the acceptance meeting, listened to reports from the project department on construction progress, safe and civilized construction, and quality control. The acceptance team unanimously concluded that the construction of the Niyang River Flood Control Project complies with national capital construction procedures, has been fully completed in accordance with the approved design content, the construction quality meets design and specification requirements, the project quality is qualified, and agreed to pass the completion acceptance.

This project is the first water conservancy project undertaken by Sinohydro Bureau 3 Co., Ltd. in the Nyingchi market of Tibet. The numerous builders have fulfilled their responsibilities as a central state-owned enterprise and delivered a satisfactory result to the people of Nyingchi, while also laying a solid foundation for continued deep cultivation of the Tibetan market.
