In June this year, Sunward's complete crushing and screening equipment successfully entered the African market, marking not only the overseas expansion of its technology and products but also demonstrating the hard-core strength of Chinese manufacturing.

Through close collaboration between Sunward's South African subsidiary and its local dealer, an operating model was implemented in which the domestic factory manufactures high-quality products, provides professional integrated solutions and on-site technical support; the local subsidiary serves as a bridge and coordinator; the dealer is responsible for customer development and commercial negotiations; and after equipment delivery, the factory provides full-service support. The project team conducted multiple on-site exchanges, and the final proposal of equipping the externally powered equipment with mobile diesel generator sets won high recognition from the customer. This crushing and screening production line includes four products: tracked jaw and cone crushers and screening plants, as well as diesel mobile generator sets.

The SP300CE tracked cone crushing station delivers a crushing capacity of up to 210-430 tons per hour, demonstrating outstanding productivity. It adopts the laminated crushing principle to ensure excellent material particle shape. The integrated variable-frequency system takes into account dust prevention, heat dissipation, vibration isolation, waterproofing, and low-temperature resistance requirements, and is equipped with hydraulic adjustment of the discharge opening, automatic cavity clearing, and overload protection functions, ensuring efficient, energy-saving, and stable operation under complex working conditions.

The SP2065SE tracked screening station is known for its high flexibility and powerful screening capability, making it particularly suitable for large-scale ore screening and resource sorting. It features a three-layer extra-large screen design, with an effective screening area of 13.2 square meters per layer, and has an excellent pre-screening function that effectively improves subsequent screening efficiency. Even when processing ore with high mud content or uneven particle size, it can maintain efficient operation, extend the service life of downstream equipment, and achieve stable and high output.

The SPT800MGS diesel mobile generator set adopts a highly adjustable pin-type towing frame, compatible with towing vehicles of various heights, with flexible turning and strong maneuverability.
