According to the Tower Crane Rental Industry Prosperity Index (TPI) compiled by the Construction Mechanization Branch of the China Construction Machinery Association and other organizations, in April 2025 the tower crane utilization rate by crane-days was 55.6%, and the maximum lifting moment utilization rate was 55.9%, up 1.4 percentage points and 0.8 percentage points respectively from the previous month; the April rental price index was 517.7 points, 0.3 points higher than the previous month but 103.2 points lower than the same period last year.
