On the morning of June 11, 2025 (local time), Hengli Hydraulics grandly held the opening ceremony for its new plant in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The opening of this brand-new facility marks a further enhancement of Hengli's global service capabilities and, once fully operational, will greatly support industrial development in the local market and surrounding regions.

Mexican local government officials, Hengli Hydraulics President Mr. Qiu Yongning, Senior Vice President Mr. Xu Jin, Americas President Mr. Wang Qi and other company leaders, as well as local customers and partners from Mexico and the Americas region, attended the opening ceremony and toured the plant's modern production lines, jointly witnessing a new starting point for Hengli Hydraulics in Mexico.

At the ceremony, the Governor of Nuevo León, Mexico, Mr. Samuel García, and Mr. Jorge Andrés Cervantes Aguirre of the Economic and Tourism Development Bureau of Santa Catarina, were present and delivered speeches respectively. They stated that China is an important trading partner of Mexico, and that Hengli Hydraulics' arrival is crucial to promoting local economic growth; it will further enhance local supply chain capabilities and directly strengthen the development of Mexico's construction machinery industry and other sectors.

In his speech, Mr. Wang Qi, President of Hengli Hydraulics Americas, extended a warm welcome and gratitude to the guests who had traveled from afar. He emphasized the importance of the new plant to the Group's overall strategy and pledged continued commitment to promoting local social and economic development.

Mr. Dan Ferguson, Vice President of Sales for Hengli USA, then reviewed the course of Hengli Hydraulics' global market development and outlined the company's blueprint for future business, platforms and technology. The company will use this as an opportunity to ensure a more efficient supply of products and services to customers worldwide.

At the event, customer representatives also spoke. As partners, they recognized Hengli Hydraulics' strengths in product development, reliable quality and comprehensive service, and expressed their expectation that the cooperation will go further and better.

The brand-new Hengli Mexico plant enjoys a superior geographical location, covers an area of approximately 141,000 square meters, and involves a planned total investment of USD 269 million. The company will further focus on the R&D and manufacturing of products for construction equipment, cranes, aerial work platforms and other key markets; localized development and manufacturing will enable the company to provide customers with superior and more convenient services.

At present, as the manufacturing center for the Americas region, the brand-new Hengli Mexico plant has completed small-batch trial production and begun sending samples to customers, and plans to enter full mass production in the second quarter to meet the needs of the Americas market.
