On June 9, 2025, Xu Wenbin, OEM Sales Manager of Caterpillar China, Wang Na, OEM Market Support Specialist, Guo Qizhong, General Manager of the Key Account Department of North China Lei Shing Hong Machinery, and Chang Huakui, Key Account Manager, a party of four, visited Jiangsu Taixin Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taixin Machinery"). Xin Peng, Chairman of Taixin Machinery, and Pan Junji, Vice Chairman, led the core management team to extend a warm reception. The two sides held in-depth exchanges on topics such as deepening technical cooperation and expanding international markets, jointly opening a new chapter of tripartite strategic cooperation.

    Accompanied by Xin Peng, Chairman of Taixin Machinery, the guests first visited the Taixin custom manufacturing factory to gain an in-depth understanding of the KR seriesCaterpillarfull R&D and manufacturing process of chassis rotary drilling rigs. As the only domestic manufacturer of rotary drilling rigs achieving full coverage of the Caterpillar chassis series (Euro III, China IV, Euro V), Taixin Machinery has formed a unique competitive advantage in the field of small and medium-sized piling machinery through technical collaboration with Caterpillar.

    At the site, the four parties jointly witnessed the departure ceremony of a KR240M multifunctional rotary drilling rig equipped with a Caterpillar 340 chassis. While meeting the requirements of rotary drilling construction, this equipment is also equipped with a CFA continuous flight auger mode. Targeting complex working conditions such as high temperatures and sandstorms in the Middle East, the cooling system and sand prevention design have been specially optimized. Its Caterpillar C9.3B engine delivers 259 kW of power, and the lengthened and widened chassis design significantly improves the equipment's stability in desert terrain. This equipment is about to be shipped to Dubai, becoming the landmark product with which Taixin Machinery first opens the Middle East high-end market.

    At the subsequent symposium, Chairman Xin Peng reviewed the ten-year cooperation between Taixin, Caterpillar, and Lei Shing Hong Machinery. He stated: "Taixin's growth from an industry newcomer to a global leader in small and medium-sized rotary drilling rigs would not have been possible without the technical support of Caterpillar's high-performance chassis and the collaborative assistance of Lei Shing Hong Machinery in supply chain management and after-sales service networks." As of now, overseas market sales revenue of Taixin Machinery has accounted for 50% of its total, with products covering more than 60 countries and regions worldwide, performing particularly prominently in markets along the "Belt and Road."

    Guo Qizhong, General Manager of the Key Account Department of North China Lei Shing Hong Machinery, spoke highly of Taixin's technical strength: "As the largest domestic manufacturer of Caterpillar-chassis rotary drilling rigs, Taixin's R&D system has achieved full-chain autonomy from core components to complete machines. In particular, the KR240M series developed for the Middle East market has filled the gap in the regional market for small and medium-sized customized equipment through localized adaptive modifications." He also revealed that Lei Shing Hong Machinery will further integrate Caterpillar's global resources to provide Taixin with full life-cycle support ranging from power systems to intelligent operation and maintenance.

    This visit marks the upgrade of the tripartite cooperation from single supply chain collaboration to all-round synergy in technology R&D, market expansion, and service systems. In his summary, Chairman Xin Peng stated: "Taixin will continue to take Caterpillar's technology platform as the cornerstone and, through the 'two-wheel drive' strategy—deepening intelligent equipment in the domestic market and focusing on localized services in international markets—strive to achieve another breakthrough in the proportion of overseas markets before 2027."
