On June 5, 2025, at the construction site beside the Jiangyin Right-Line Extra-Large Bridge over Xiake Avenue, the first bored pile of Section 08 of the Yancheng-Yixing High-Speed Railway project was officially drilled as the KR240E high-performance fully hydraulic rotary drilling rig of Jiangsu Taixin Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Taixin Machinery") roared to life. As an important connecting line of the national "Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal" high-speed railway network and a backbone line of Jiangsu's "Six Vertical and Six Horizontal" high-speed railway network, the Yancheng-Yixing High-Speed Railway has now begun substantive construction, and Taixin Machinery, with its independently developed core equipment, has laid a solid pile foundation for this major project.
The strength of the "pile foundation expert" behind a strategic project The Yancheng-Yixing High-Speed Railway, also known as the Yancheng-Taizhou-Wuxi-Changzhou-Yixing Intercity Railway, has a total length of 311 kilometers and a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It connects Yancheng, Taizhou, Wuxi, Changzhou, Yixing and other cities. Once completed, it will become an important north-south transportation axis of the Yangtze River Delta and is of milestone significance for promoting cross-river integration between northern and southern Jiangsu and accelerating Yangtze River Delta integration. The first pile construction is located in the Jiangyin section, with a designed pile length of 41.5 meters and a pile diameter of 1 meter, placing stringent requirements on equipment stability, precision and construction efficiency. Leveraging more than ten years of technical accumulation in the field of small and medium-sized piling machinery, Taixin Machinery established a dedicated service team to provide full-process support ranging from equipment commissioning and construction method optimization to on-site safety control, ensuring that the first pile was completed with high quality in a single operation and setting a benchmark for subsequent works. The KR240E rotary drilling rig used in this project is equipped with an original U.S.-madeCummins engineand integrates Taixin's independently developed electronic control system and hydraulic system. It adopts advanced domestic load-sensing, load-sensitive and proportional control technologies to achieve efficient matching between power and hydraulic systems, increasing construction efficiency by more than 15% compared with traditional equipment and reducing energy consumption by 20%. The product has passed national GB certification and EU CE standard certification. Its dynamic stability design and all-terrain adaptability ensure safe and efficient operation under complex geological conditions. Industry-university-research collaboration empowers technological breakthroughs Taixin Machinery adheres to innovation as its core competitiveness, with R&D investment accounting for more than 5% of annual sales revenue for many consecutive years, and has accumulated more than 60 utility model and core technology patents. The company has established a deep industry-university-research cooperation system with universities such as Tianjin University and Tongji University, jointly building the "Piling Machinery Intelligent Equipment R&D Center," and has achieved key technological breakthroughs in areas such as lightweight design and intelligent control.
