"ZOOMLION bagus! (Zoomlion is awesome!)" exclaimed a heavy equipment coordinator at the site of the Jakarta Oasis Twin Towers project in Indonesia, the country's tallest building by main structure. A total of 7 large tower cranes are being used in the project's construction, all of them Zoomlion products, including the company's first flat-top luffing-jib tower crane. These high-end machines are helping this new landmark rise rapidly with outstanding performance.

It is understood that the Oasis Twin Towers project is located in the SUDIRMAN central core business district of Jakarta, Indonesia's special region. The entire project comprises two towers, of which Tower T1, at 331 meters, will become Indonesia's tallest building by main structure upon completion.

The project uses a total of 7 Zoomlion tower cranes for hoisting work on the upper main structure, including the company's first flat-top luffing-jib tower crane, the RL205-10E, as well as 6 luffing-jib tower cranes such as the L250-16RB and L160-12E. Among them, the RL205-10E, an innovative product launched by Zoomlion in response to global market demand, is the first R-generation model configured with round-tenon standard mast sections to go overseas, and has already been exported to countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Australia. It adopts advanced hydraulic luffing technology and offers both flat-top and luffing working modes, with switching between the two completed in 2 minutes. In luffing mode, the maximum working angle reaches 87°, making it better suited to operation in confined spaces; in the non-working state, its minimum parking radius is only 10 meters, allowing flexible assembly and dismantling and convenient transportation. With strong adaptability to all types of working conditions, it is highly praised by the project team.

At the same time, Zoomlion also provided strong technical and service support to the customer. Zoomlion's R&D and service teams communicated in depth with the project team to confirm the final internal climbing scheme and force calculations; Chinese and local Indonesian service engineers worked closely together throughout to ensure smooth installation and commissioning, and held dedicated training for operators. The company also replenished spare parts stocks and conducted regular inspections for the project's tower cranes, providing reliable guarantees for equipment use and earning high recognition from frontline construction personnel.
