To the construction industry associations (federations, construction industry associations) of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, relevant industry construction associations, the Construction Industry Association of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, relevant construction enterprises managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and all branches and unit members of this Association:
    In accordance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Association Standards of the China Construction Industry Association" (Jian Xie [2024] No. 59), the Association has decided to launch the application work for the establishment of the tenth batch of association standards. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
I. Application Conditions
    In addition to complying with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Association Standards of the China Construction Industry Association," the applied projects shall also meet the following conditions:
(1) A standard preparation work plan has been completed;
(2) The technical content of the standard to be prepared is mature and possesses scientificity, advanced nature, and applicability;
(3) The lead drafting organization and the lead drafter of the drafting group have been confirmed;
(4) The preparation funding has been secured.
II. Recommendation and Application Requirements
    Recommendations shall be made by the construction industry associations (federations, construction industry associations) of all provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities directly under the Central Government, relevant industry construction associations, the Construction Industry Association of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, relevant construction enterprises managed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, and all branches of this Association.
The application materials must be reviewed and approved by the recommending unit. The specific requirements and contents are as follows:
(1) Both the recommendation and application work shall be completed by logging into the "China Construction Industry Association Association Standards Management Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the Management Platform, address: http://59.110.236.16:81). The Management Platform provides instructions for various operations. Recommending units and applying units are requested to complete all work online before the application deadline in accordance with the operating instructions.
(2) Recommending units shall continue to use their original account and password and need not apply again.
(3) The account and password for the lead drafting organization to log into the Management Platform shall be generated and issued by its recommending unit after logging into the Management Platform in accordance with the corresponding operating instructions (via email, message, or in person).
(4) After completing the online application, the preparation application form shall be downloaded and printed, affixed with the official seal, and submitted to the Quality and Science & Technology Promotion Department of this Association. Deadline: July 30, 2025.
