On May 26, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Saudi Aramco Abu Ali Camp Community Project undertaken by Jiangxi Hydropower was held in Khobar, Dammam, Saudi Arabia, marking the official start of construction of the project's main structure. The project's end user Saudi Aramco, investors ASYAD and LAMAR, project development company ENJAZ, design company K&A and other partners jointly witnessed this important moment. Representatives of all parties delivered speeches, expressing their great attention to and firm support for the project.

The Saudi Aramco Abu Ali Camp Community Project is located north of Jubail Industrial City in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It mainly consists of six residential buildings, catering and entertainment facilities, a mosque, amenity buildings, a fire station, a maintenance warehouse building, a visitor management building and other public facilities, covering an area of approximately 264,545 square meters and accommodating 500 Aramco employees working in the region. The contract for the project was signed in November 2024, with completion planned for March 2027. The preliminary preparation work for the project has now been completed.

Building on the successful performance of Jiangxi Hydropower's Saudi Aramco Pump Station Community Project, this project is a model of using on-site performance to promote the market and further boost market expansion.
