The proposed project—the relocation resettlement housing project on Plot 02-04 of Unit SJC10008, Guangfulin Subdistrict, Songjiang District, Shanghai—has the site bounded by Plot 02-17 to the east, Laoyoudun Port to the south, Chenfu Jiayuan to the west, and Guangfulin Road to the north. The proposed project mainly includes: residential buildings and supporting buildings, power distribution rooms, underground garages, and garbage rooms, with a total construction area of 95,000 square meters. The construction of resettlement housing is a top priority concerning people's livelihood and well-being, and is also an important measure to promote the social and economic development of Guangfulin Subdistrict and enhance urban quality. Upon completion, it will provide 664 housing units, greatly alleviating the urgent demand of relocated residents in Guangfulin Subdistrict for resettlement housing.

All proposed buildings (structures) in this project are planned to be constructed using the static drilling rooted pile construction method. The total usage of rooted piles is 1,208 piles, about 40,000 meters, with a pile diameter of 600 mm, pile depth of 30-35 m, enlarged base diameter of 900 mm, and enlarged base height of 2 m. In addition, the site is adjacent to residential areas, so construction requires low noise to reduce disturbance to residents."
