On May 17, the Zoomlion Concrete Machinery New Product Launch and Green Intelligent Manufacturing Appreciation Event was successfully held at the Concrete Machinery Park of the Zoomlion Smart Industrial City. At the launch event, Zoomlion unveiled more than 10 high-end, intelligent, and green new products to the global market, covering concrete pump trucks, mixer trucks, mixing plants, and intelligent system solutions, among other categories. At the event, the 76-meter pump truck developed by Zoomlion became the focus of attention as soon as it was launched. Through third-generation lightweight design technology and the application of ultra-high-strength steel, this product achieves a dual breakthrough in boom length and rigidity, making it the pump truck with the longest boom among 5-axle designs in the industry, reaching new heights of excellence. At the same time, the product also applies third-generation vibration damping technology, achieving a vertical amplitude attenuation rate of over 60%, with end amplitude controlled within ±0.15 meters, and a slewing amplitude attenuation of over 80%. The application of an all-new low-resistance pumping mechanism design, energy-saving technology, and warning systems gives the Zoomlion 76-meter pump truck lower energy consumption, higher efficiency, and more intelligent safety assurance.

Zoomlion also launched three innovative products in the "Lingguan III" series of mixer trucks, setting new benchmarks for high performance, high intelligence, and high energy efficiency. Among them, the 12-cubic-meter all-electric mixer truck is equipped with the intelligent electronic control 2.0 system, adopts dynamic power adjustment and kinetic energy recovery technology, and integrates efficient thermal management and a multifunctional motor, greatly reducing product energy consumption. It uses a self-developed dedicated 13.3 kWh large battery with IP68 waterproofing, a range of more than 2.5 hours, and 600A dual-gun fast charging that provides 3.5 kilometers of range in 1 minute, achieving longer range and faster charging. The product is also equipped with intelligent health management, one-key cleaning, remote scheduling, and fault diagnosis functions, achieving comprehensive upgrades in intelligence and efficiency.

In addition, the "Lingzhi III" mixing plant, known for fast installation and fast production, precision and efficiency, and intelligent control with labor savings, the "Xianfeng III" wet shotcrete machine, which meets the needs of high efficiency, high performance, and high quality, and the industry's first integrated management system for plant, truck, and pump also made a brilliant appearance, providing customers with better choices.

During the event, customer guests also visited the intelligent factory at the Concrete Machinery Park of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City. The factory is an internationally leading lighthouse factory for concrete pumping machinery, applying advanced technologies such as visual recognition, AI decision-making, laser scanning, and 3D modeling, and introducing more than 200 intelligent logistics AGVs and more than 220 advanced robots, achieving an automation rate of over 90% for key processes and a data collection rate of 100% for key processes, and capable of rolling one concrete pump truck off the line every 27 minutes on average.
