In 2019, the first XCMG International Customer Festival grandly opened,with the debut of the all-new E series and customized products,diaphragm wallsimulators and VR experience devices brought an immersive construction experience, earning high recognition from customers for the advanced technology and reliability of the products.

From 2020 to 2022, XCMG created a cloud-based International Customer Festival,connecting global customers through multi-region special livestreams. With the help of digital technology,customers "cloud-visited" the intelligent production baseand witnessed the full-process innovation from R&D to manufacturing, immersing themselves in the outstanding performance and craftsmanship of XCMG products.

In 2023, the fifth XCMG International Customer Festival restarted offline, with more than 600 customers gathering in Xuzhou. At the event, XCMG equipment transformed into "art masters"—an internal combustion scraper used its bucket as a canvas,while the anchor drill rigwielded brush and ink, precisely writing the two characters "craftsman",showcasing ultimate micro-control performance; at the "中"-shaped exhibition ground,the double-wheel trench cutter,hydraulic graband horizontal directional drilling rig and other star products gave dynamic demonstrations, with innovative technologies such as automated loading and unloading and flexible boom extension taking turns on stage, leading the industry spotlight with hardcore strength.

In 2024, at the sixth XCMG International Customer Festival, XCMG launched the new-energyrotary drilling rig, achieving three working modes: hybrid mode, plug-in mode and pure electric mode, and released theworld'sfirst electro-hydraulic dual-rotation drive technologyin the industry.,XCMG's mining hydraulic anchor drill rig worked in perfect harmony with its operator—lifting, aiming, drilling and balloon bursting—and visiting customers praised the precision of XCMG equipment.
