In recent years, China's onshore wind power market has continued to grow in installed capacity, and development models have also been continuously innovating. The installed capacity of individual wind turbines has increased from 2-3 MW to 6-8 MW, and hub heights have also grown from 100 meters to 180 meters, 190 meters, or even higher. Technological advances in wind turbine towers, blades, generators, and other areas support the wind power industry's continued development toward greater height, greater length, and greater stability, and also place higher demands on the hoisting performance of wind power lifting equipment. At the same time, based on requirements for land ecology and green environmental protection, the market also expects wind power lifting equipment that occupies less land, is more convenient to transport, and is more efficient in hoisting.
Since first launching the LW2340-180NA wind power luffing jib tower crane in 2021, Zoomlion has continued to promote product iteration and upgrading to meet market demand. The series products have been successfully applied in various wind power scenarios such as mountains, hills, lakes, and plains. The launch and commissioning of the LW2800A-200NA this time marks another leap by Zoomlion in the field of wind power luffing jib tower cranes, achieving a substantial jump in wind power tower crane height from 180 meters to 216 meters.

At present, the LW2800A-200NA has been successfully delivered and recently completed its hoisting debut in Qinhuangdao. According to reports, this product was developed specifically for ultra-high wind power projects, with a maximum lifting height of 216 meters, a maximum net lifting capacity under the hook of 200 tons, and the ability to hoist wind turbines up to 204 meters high. It has outstanding advantages such as strong lifting performance, small site requirements, high hoisting efficiency, high assembly and disassembly efficiency, low transportation cost, and strong wind resistance. It is highly adaptable to wind power sites such as farmland, mountains, swamps, hills, and plains, and can also be widely used in projects such as bridges, nuclear power, thermal power, and civil construction.
