From May 15 to 17, 2025, the "17th Shenzhen International Battery Technology Exchange Conference/Exhibition (CIBF2025)," fully hosted by the China Industrial Association of Power Sources, was grandly held at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. At this exhibition, Microvast presented a series of high-performance battery products that provide solutions for a variety of application scenarios, covering fields such as battery energy storage systems (BESS), commercial vehicles, construction machinery, and special-purpose vehicles.

The HpTO35Ah, MpCO48Ah, HpCO55Ah and other battery products exhibited by Microvast this time can be charged to 80% in only 15-20 minutes under standard power conditions, greatly shortening operational downtime for charging. In addition, Microvast's batteries can operate over a wide temperature range, ensuring stable performance even in extreme environments. Microvast's batteries have a full charge-discharge cycle life of up to 8,000 cycles; this long lifespan matches the entire operating life of commercial vehicles, exceeding one million kilometers of driving range, making them highly suitable for customers in application scenarios requiring ultra-heavy-duty vehicles, high performance, and long range.

In addition to the above products, the new products exhibited by Microvast this time also featured many highlights, being better suited to high energy density and long-range application scenarios. The HnSO70Ah battery has an energy density of up to 300 Wh/kg and a cycle life of more than 4,000 cycles, making it an ideal choice for long-range BEV applications; the HnCO120Ah battery offers higher safety and a cycle life of up to 5,000 cycles, with an energy density of 265 Wh/kg, meeting the needs of long-term high-frequency use.

In response to the needs of different customers, Microvast can provide one-stop solutions to meet the specific technical requirements of commercial vehicles and special-purpose vehicles. Microvast's MV-B and MV-C battery packs respectively adopt high-energy and high-power battery cell technologies, and while being similar in size to previous-generation products, they can provide approximately 20% more energy and power than the previous generation. These battery packs are highly compatible and can be easily integrated into fourth-generation new battery packs, enabling customers to switch battery technologies according to operational needs without major changes to the powertrain design.
At this exhibition, Microvast also showcased its pioneering ME6 battery energy storage system (BESS), featuring a unique serviceability system that is an industry first. Built around high-performance 565Ah lithium iron phosphate (LFP) prismatic cells, it can accommodate 6 MWh in a single 20-foot container and has more than 10,000 charge-discharge cycles, making it a preferred choice for energy storage systems.

Microvast is always committed to advancing clean energy development through continuous technological innovation and outstanding battery solutions, leading future trends and contributing to building a more sustainable world.
