Recently, TZ successfully won the bid for the largest 7.65-meter top-charging coke oven complete equipment set in China, setting a new technical benchmark for comparable domestic equipment at one stroke! This breakthrough is a powerful testament to TZ's traditional manufacturing strength and further demonstrates TZ Equipment's firm strides toward high-end, intelligent, and green transformation.

The project won this time is a key green and low-carbon demonstration project in Henan Province. The project plans to build four 7.65-meter ultra-large top-charging coke ovens. Once completed, it is expected to produce 3.6 million tons of metallurgical coke and 200,000 tons of coal tar annually. It is worth noting that both the coke oven height and production capacity scale of this project are the highest in China, and the entire set of top-charging coke oven equipment is manufactured entirely by TZ. This "vote of confidence" stems not only from the equipment's "large size" but also from the "great wisdom" and "green power" behind it.

To ensure success in winning this major engineering project, the Coking Branch worked with the Marketing Center and Technology Center to conduct in-depth study of the tender documents, respond to user requirements item by item, optimize the bidding plan, and promote standardization of the bid documents. At the same time, the team conducted multiple technical exchanges with the user to accurately grasp the core needs of the project and ultimately won the bid with solid technical strength and extensive industry experience.

From the 7.25-meter stamp-charging coke oven to the 7.6-meter top-charging coke oven, and now to this major breakthrough with China's tallest 7.65-meter top-charging coke oven, these are the scale marks of TZ's climb to the peaks of technology. As coke oven height increases, "large-span dynamic stability control" of equipment under high-temperature and heavy-load conditions, as well as "precise positioning through multi-vehicle coordination," have become recognized technical challenges in the industry. Facing these challenges, the TZ R&D team relied on deep technical accumulation and carried out hundreds of simulation experiments and technical research efforts. For dynamic stability, the team used simulation modeling and finite element analysis to build working-condition models, optimized the main steel beams and key mechanisms, and ensured stable operation of the equipment under ultra-high loads.

Another major pain point brought by "large size" is complex vehicle scheduling and difficult coordination. The company's team independently developed an operation management and automatic positioning system, installing a "smart brain" for multi-vehicle coordinated operations. Equipped with high-precision positioning modules and dynamic sensing devices, the vehicles can transmit data such as position and speed in real time, enabling precise vehicle positioning and real-time monitoring of operating status, significantly enhancing the stability and continuity of equipment operation.

Green development is the theme of the coking industry's development. The company's R&D team established scientific models for flue gas fugitive emissions and dust removal equipment, comprehensively optimized the layout of dust removal pipelines, and precisely adjusted the air volume ratio. During actual operation, innovations such as negative-pressure smokeless coal charging technology at the oven top and a three-dimensional smoke and dust treatment system work together to completely overcome the challenge of coke oven smoke and dust emissions, enabling "smokeless" operation at the production site and setting a new benchmark for the green development of the coking industry.
