Rapid flexible joint repair technology for pipelines

Clearing the "blood clots" of the water supply pipeline

Building a resilient barrier for a mega water utility network

Recently, during the reinforcement of the raw water pipeline section along Fuchang Road in Phase II of the Yangtze River project, Tunnel Engineering Co., Ltd. Urban Environment discovered that a key pipeline along the Outer Ring Road had experienced uneven settlement due to geological conditions, resulting in pipeline deformation, detachment of the internal anti-corrosion coating, and siltation at the pipe bottom, among other hidden hazards. This water supply artery is at constant risk of "blood clots," which could trigger regional water supply interruptions or even road damage and other emergencies.

This repair has given new life to 338 meters of "ailing" pipeline, effectively reducing the urban water pipe leakage rate and the risk of road damage. In the future, Tunnel Engineering personnel will redefine water utility infrastructure standards with digital-intelligent technology and refined craftsmanship, transforming passive emergency response into proactive protection, and demonstrating the power of STEC technology and its sense of responsibility.
