Recently, a senior executive team including Wang Zhizhong, Chairman of Lingong Group; Yu Mengsheng, Chairman of Lingong Heavy Machinery; Zhang Shanrui, President of Lingong Heavy Machinery; and Li Liangang, Vice President of Lingong Heavy Machinery, successively went deep into the front lines of the European market for visits and research, and visited the European subsidiary of Lingong Heavy Machinery for communication, exchange and work guidance. Liu Xuewen, General Manager of Lingong Heavy Machinery Europe, and Wang Chao, General Manager of the European Company, accompanied and received them throughout the visit.

During the visit, Chairman Wang Zhizhong of Lingong Group listened in detail to the European subsidiary's work reports on operations management, finance, legal affairs, human resources and its response to Europe's "double anti" (anti-dumping and anti-subsidy) policies, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the dynamics of the European market and the operating status of the European subsidiary. Chairman Wang emphasized the need to focus on the promotion of differentiated products, accelerate the integration of resources at the Mexico plant, and improve the global supply chain coordination mechanism and service system. It is worth noting that this was Chairman Wang's first on-site inspection of the European subsidiary. While touring the product display area, warehousing and logistics center and training base, he highly praised the professional capabilities and localized operation achievements demonstrated by the European team, and encouraged the team to continue innovating, actively expand the market, and effectively respond to market fluctuations and challenges!

During the research visit, Chairman Yu Mengsheng of Lingong Heavy Machinery focused on hearing reports on the European company's first-quarter operating performance and second-quarter work plan, and held in-depth exchanges with the local team on key topics such as product optimization and upgrading and headquarters coordination mechanisms. After inspecting the spare parts management area, Chairman Yu fully affirmed the results of operational improvements and the team's cohesion, and proposed continuously consolidating the management foundation to build the European subsidiary into a benchmark model for the Group's overseas development.

During this visit, President Zhang Shanrui of Lingong Heavy Machinery focused on interactive discussions with the local European team on important aspects such as market development, brand communication, company operations and team building, gaining an in-depth understanding of the current business development status and demands of the European company. President Zhang fully affirmed the achievements of the European company over the years, and emphasized the need to proceed steadily and solidly, better consolidate the foundation for development, summarize development experience, and pursue sustained and healthy development.

As the first overseas subsidiary established by Lingong Heavy Machinery, the European subsidiary, after years of operation, has proceeded steadily and developed gradually, becoming a very mature international overseas subsidiary. In the future, the European company will continue to continuously improve the channel development of key accounts and dealers to drive its own business growth and achieve win-win results for the enterprise and its customers.
