1. New materials and structures for prefabricated buildings:modular buildings, lightweight prefabricated structural systems, etc.;

2. Intelligent detection, monitoring and signal analysis of engineering structures:ground-penetrating radar, image recognition, etc.;

3. Digital construction and twins in civil engineering:BIM, vertical-domain large models, intelligent inspection, etc.;

4. Structural testing methods and vibration control:semi-active control, active control, dual seismic and vibration control, etc.;

1. An annual salary of 120,000 to 300,000 RMB; compensation is negotiable for those with outstanding academic achievements, and candidates will be recommended to apply for Tsinghua University's "Shuimu Scholar" program (https://postdoctor.tsinghua.edu.cn/), with additional funding from various national and Beijing municipal postdoctoral programs.
