    In promoting technological innovation in the industry, the intelligent construction system developed by Wang Zeqiang, deputy chief engineer of the Beijing Building Construction Research Institute, increased construction efficiency by 40%; Zhang Shuaikun, a researcher at China Railway Construction Heavy Industry, conquered core technologies of shield tunneling machines, achieving a domestic production rate of over 90%; Wang Kaiqiang, deputy chief engineer of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau, developed modular construction technology that has been applied in more than 20 key projects.

Li Jiangfeng, chief skilled engineer of CCCC First Harbor Engineering Co., Ltd., invented the "offshore wind power installation positioning device," which tripled work efficiency; Wei Xiaopeng, a pipeline expert at China Nuclear Industry 23 Construction Co., Ltd., completed the installation of key nuclear power equipment with a precision of 0.01 millimeters; Tian Guorui, survey team leader of China Railway 12th Bureau Group, completed over 3,000 kilometers of surveying with zero errors over 20 years.

Le Mei, chairman of Chongqing Rail Transit Group, built the world's largest mountainous rail transit network; Liu Yi, chief architect of the China Southwest Architectural Design and Research Institute, designed multiple landmarks that have become city calling cards.
