On April 27, Liu Hongwei, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Company, held talks with Wang Ding, Party Secretary and Executive Director of CCCC Northwest Investment, in Xi'an. The two sides held a discussion and exchange on further deepening cooperation. Ning Zuocong, Chief Accountant of CCCC Northwest Investment, and Ren Zhiqiang, Deputy General Manager, attended the talks.

Liu Hongwei thanked CCCC Northwest Investment for its long-term support to Xizhu and introduced Xizhu's transformation and development, product system, and current business status. He stated that CCCC Northwest Investment, based on its "regional + professional" dual-platform positioning, focuses on industrial, technological, and governance innovation and has developed a mature business model. He expressed the hope that both sides will fully leverage their respective advantages in resources, technology, and markets, focus on exploring cooperation models in new energy business areas such as photovoltaic projects and EMC management, and work together to make greater contributions to promoting the Group's high-quality development.

Wang Ding extended a warm welcome to Liu Hongwei and his delegation, and introduced the development history, business layout, and core advantages of CCCC Northwest Investment. He stated that Xizhu has thoroughly implemented the Group's development strategy, actively promoted business transformation and upgrading, and formed a layout of three major business systems. He expressed the hope that both sides will further strengthen coordination and linkage, deepen exchanges in the investment, construction, and operation of photovoltaic and other new energy sectors, promote practical cooperation, achieve information sharing, experience mutual learning, and resource mutual assistance, and jointly advance high-quality development.
