During the event, the China National Intellectual Property Administration and the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Office commended CRCHI for its outstanding achievements in intellectual property work.

Global layout to escort the high-quality going-global of major national equipment

On April 24, the China National Intellectual Property Administration released the Top Ten Outstanding Cases of Chinese Invention Patents in Belt and Road Partner Countries and Regions. CRCHI, with its innovative practice of "global patent layout boosting Chinese underground engineering equipment onto the world stage," was selected alongside ten innovation entities including the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Huawei, Xiaomi, and JD.com.

In recent years, CRCHI has adhered to fully independent innovation and implemented an overseas intellectual property strategy of "patent layout + early-warning analysis + standards leadership." Its underground engineering equipment products with fully independent intellectual property rights have been successfully applied to major overseas projects such as the Sicily high-speed railway in Italy, the Izmir metro tunnel in Turkey, the San Gabán hydropower station in Peru, the Santiago metro in Chile, and the cross-sea water supply tunnel in Singapore, with cumulative exports or business operations in more than 50 countries and regions, creating a series of "shining calling cards" of Chinese manufacturing.

CRCHI was approved as one of the first batch of data intellectual property registration enterprises in Hunan Province and was invited to attend the Hunan sub-venue event of the 2025 National Intellectual Property Publicity Week, where it received the certificate issued by the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Office.

Focusing on hot topics to open a new chapter in intellectual property work

The series of activities of CRCHI's Intellectual Property Publicity Week focused on "global intellectual property layout" and "artificial intelligence and intellectual property." Experts from the China Intellectual Property Society, the Hubei Patent Examination Cooperation Center of the CNIPA, and the Central South Center of the Shanghai Technology Exchange were invited to give keynote reports, and overseas lawyers from top domestic intellectual property agencies conducted specialized training on enhancing overseas intellectual property protection capabilities.

Holding this event is a strong measure by CRCHI to comprehensively strengthen its intellectual property work, laying the foundation for accelerating the internationalization of the enterprise's intellectual property and cultivating a digital intellectual property talent pool. In the future, CRCHI will further weave a dense and solid protection network for the enterprise's independent intellectual property rights, contributing to the realization of the medium- and long-term development strategy of "One Certainty, Five New, Six Transformations and Six Highs."
