Recently, at the construction site of the Yangtze River-to-Han River Water Diversion Project, multiple sets of Shantui CD412-S35 pure electric mixer trucks were orderly shuttling between the batching plant and the construction site, becoming a beautiful sight in the construction and efficiently supporting this major water conservancy project.

To ensure the stable use of the pure electric mixer trucks in the project's complex transportation environment, Shantui's technical team went to the site before the customer began using them, providing operators with comprehensive and detailed operational guidance and technical answers. The training combined theory with practice, including both theoretical knowledge and hands-on drills, fully ensuring that every driver and on-site operator could gain a thorough understanding of the Shantui CD412-S35 pure electric mixer truck.

In the hands-on session, Shantui technicians focused on explaining key points such as inspection of the mixer truck's critical components, the vehicle's special structure, pre-start checks of the instrument panel and indicator lights, and the standard operating procedures for unloading and washing the vehicle, making drivers' operation smoother and laying a solid foundation for improved production efficiency and safe driving of the mixer trucks.

The Shantui CD412-S35 pure electric mixer truck has a lower center of gravity, reducing the risk of rollover and providing higher driving stability. It is equipped with CATL lithium iron phosphate batteries, which have undergone a series of safety tests including water resistance, impact, and fire, offering high safety and strong endurance. A 40-minute charge enables a range of over 200 kilometers depending on road conditions, ensuring efficiency during transportation. The mixing drum of this pure electric mixer truck is made of 980MPa high-strength steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant and offers greater loading capacity; the spiral blades adopt a patented concave hyperboloid structure with a double logarithmic spiral arrangement, increasing the drum filling rate by 18% and the loading/unloading efficiency by 15%, greatly increasing the concrete load per trip and effectively preventing concrete segregation for higher transportation quality. The vehicle is equipped with three control terminals—a rear control panel, a remote control, and a cab screen control—along with a fully intelligent electronic control system, enabling multi-dimensional control and intelligent start/stop. It is easy to operate with strong selectivity, comprehensively solving customers' inconvenience in loading and unloading control during mixer truck use, making loading and unloading easy, and transporting high-quality concrete for the Yangtze River-to-Han River Water Diversion Project.

To date, more than 50 sets of Shantui E5R and E3H concrete batching plants and over 10 pure electric mixer trucks have been applied in the construction of the Yangtze River-to-Han River Water Diversion Project.
