Recently, the Wenzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Binhai Core Area Municipal Infrastructure Project (Section II) Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project (hereinafter referred to as the "Wenzhou Project"), in which Beijing Changdao Municipal Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Changdao"), a subsidiary of China Chemical Geotechnical Engineering Co., Ltd., participated in the construction, is being advanced in an intense and orderly manner. Based on the actual conditions of the project and construction details, resource allocation has been optimized to ensure seamless connection of all stages, effectively advancing the implementation of the project and laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction.

Since the first quarter, the Wenzhou Project has organized production safety work in an orderly manner. Under the premise of ensuring safety, it has improved quality and efficiency and steadily advanced the three major specialized fields centered on road engineering, utility tunnel engineering, and bridge engineering.

Utility tunnel engineering: The installation works and control center within the comprehensive utility tunnel are key milestones for this year. The DN1000 main water supply network and power supply within the tunnel serve the enterprises settled in the Binhai Core Area, making full preparations for the subsequent commissioning of these enterprises.

Road engineering: This section comprises a total of four roads, including two urban arterial roads with a design speed of 60 km/h and two secondary trunk roads with a design speed of 40 km/h. Part of the road network has already been opened up, making full preparations for the subsequent smooth flow of routes.

Bridge engineering: This project includes six bridges, of which two are Class A bridges. Work on bridge deck systems such as sidewalk slabs, cast-in-place curbs, and expansion joints is currently underway and is being carried out in an orderly manner according to the overall control schedule.
