In accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Management Regulations for Branch Organizations of the Shenzhen Survey and Design Industry Association" and the "Notice on the Leadership Transition of the Engineering Survey and Geotechnical Branch" issued by the Association, the leadership transition election was conducted in an orderly manner on site.

Yu Chenghua, newly elected President of the Engineering Survey and Geotechnical Branch, delivered an inaugural address. He sincerely thanked the member representatives for their trust and support, reviewed the brilliant achievements of the previous term of the Branch, and gave a comprehensive and detailed summary of past work. He put forward new plans and aspirations for the work of the new term of the Branch, and clearly stated that communication, exchange, and cooperation among member units would be further strengthened and interaction and discussion in professional technical fields deepened. He stated that the Branch would actively organize various forums, lectures, and other activities to build a broad platform for industry technical exchange, with emphasis on strengthening technical forums for young technical personnel, jointly promoting in-depth technical exchange within the industry, and contributing wisdom and strength to the development of industry technology. He sincerely requested national, provincial, and municipal masters and senior experts to generously offer guidance and put forward valuable suggestions for the work of the Branch.

After the leadership transition meeting came to a successful conclusion, the new leadership of the Branch, after careful consultation, formally selected the Secretary-General and Deputy Secretaries-General. Liu Nanchang, Chief Engineer of Shenzhen Dingqiang Civil Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., was elected Secretary-General, and the meeting also elected four Deputy Secretaries-General to jointly help the Branch's work reach a new level.

Shenzhen Survey and Research Institute Co., Ltd. has once again been successfully elected as the President unit of the Engineering Survey and Geotechnical Branch of the Shenzhen Survey and Design Association. This is not only full recognition of the company's strength in the survey and geotechnical field in recent years, but also a weighty responsibility and mission entrusted to us. We will actively respond to the Association's call, wholeheartedly fulfill all duties of the President unit, continuously improve our ability and level in performing duties, actively support the various work of the Branch, and contribute to the vigorous development of Shenzhen's survey and design industry.
