In 2024, Yutong Group sold 65,000 vehicles of various types, a year-on-year increase of 43%. Yuchai's domestic installation volume in Yutong buses increased by 6% year-on-year, and its overseas installation volume increased by 18% year-on-year. Its share in school buses reached over 90%, its share in Yutong Heavy Industries' self-manufactured sanitation chassis reached 100%, and its share in mining trucks also rose significantly.

Since the beginning of 2025, Yuchai and Yutong Group have continuously deepened their strategic cooperation. In the bus sector, comprehensive coverage has been achieved from 6 meters to 13 meters, from domestic to overseas markets, and from China VI Phase 1 to Phase 2 products. At the same time, exclusive development has been secured for traditional new models of sanitation chassis, new energy range extenders have been fully matched on buses, and discussions are underway in the heavy truck segment for exclusive supply of drive upper-body power. The market share of mining truck products will also steadily increase. Yuchai will join hands with Yutong Group to continuously improve product performance and quality and provide users with more efficient and reliable overall solutions.
