"However, compared with mature international markets, domestic used equipment circulation still faces pain points such as a lack of evaluation standards, low transaction transparency, and blocked export channels." As a technical expert who has worked in the construction machinery field for nearly 30 years, Shan Zenghai found in his research that although the domestic market has formed a complete industrial chain, the construction of the aftermarket service system is clearly lagging behind.

Shan Zenghai believes that establishing a full-chain standards system covering inspection, evaluation, and remanufacturing is the key to breaking the market dilemma. To this end, he put forward recommendations in three areas: build a digital trading platform and establish regional trading centers in industrial cluster areas to realize online operation of the entire process of equipment registration, evaluation, and transaction; improve the policy support system and guide enterprises to innovate circular economy models through tax incentives and financing support, and encourage leading enterprises to integrate upstream and downstream resources; open up overseas circulation channels, accelerate the revision of the "Catalogue of Used Vehicle Products," establish an export quality supervision mechanism, and promote cost-effective equipment entering emerging markets.

Speaking about the future of the industry, Shan Zenghai is full of confidence. "I suggest that the state increase support for research and development of new energy construction machinery and the construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure, and promote the industry's transformation toward high-end, intelligent, and green development." Shan Zenghai said he will continue to focus on the industry's "bottleneck" problems and take scientific and technological innovation as the core driving force, "so that China's construction machinery can not only 'lift high' but also 'go far,' and contribute Chinese solutions to the green and circular development of the global industry."
