On March 1, a delegation from the "Latin American Countries New Industrialization Seminar" of the Academy for International Business Officials (AIBO) of the Ministry of Commerce visited Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Company for exchange. The event was attended by 35 senior officials and industry experts from 9 Latin American countries, including Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, and Equatorial Guinea. Cao Xinsheng, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Company, Chen Runyun, Deputy Dean of the Academy for International Business Officials (Training Center) of the Ministry of Commerce, and Zhang Qianfan, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Investment and Economic Cooperation of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Commerce, attended the event.

The delegation watched the promotional video of POWERCHINA and the business profile of Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Company, and listened to sharing by Xie Yuhong, General Manager of the Environmental Protection Branch of Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Company, and Li Gang, Deputy Dean of the Carbon Neutrality Research Institute, on technological innovation and practical experience in fields such as renewable energy, smart microgrids, and ecological and environmental protection.

After the meeting, the delegation visited the recirculating aquaculture demonstration base of Jiangxi Electric Power Construction Company, where they gained an in-depth understanding of the principles, processes, and ecological and environmental protection advantages of the "low-carbon treatment technology for recirculating water in factory aquaculture," further deepening their recognition of the company's technological strength.
