On February 20, the 4th SAP Global Operations Summit, themed "Unleashing New Momentum for Global Development," was held in Shenzhen. Leading enterprises from multiple industries, including high-tech, equipment manufacturing, new energy, and consumer goods, delivered dedicated presentations analyzing the challenges, reflections, innovations, and digital responses encountered in the process of corporate globalization.
LiuGong, together with its industrial internet subsidiary Guangxi Qishi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qishi Technology), appeared at the 2025 SAP Global Operations Summit. Luo Wei, Assistant President of Guangxi LiuGong Machinery Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Qishi Technology, showcased LiuGong's globalization strategy achievements on site; as a key vehicle for the implementation of LiuGong's comprehensive intelligentization strategy and new technology research, Qishi Technology deeply focuses on AI application innovation, actively explores practical implementation in real-world scenarios, and brought a comprehensive digital solution to drive enterprise transformation to the event.

At the sub-forum on "Regionalization Transformation of Supply Chains," Luo Wei, as a specially invited guest, delivered a case analysis presentation titled "From Globalization to Regionalization: LiuGong's Supply Chain Transformation Path in Going Global," sharing the company's experience in leveraging digital technologies to build resilient supply chains and driving Chinese manufacturing from "global layout" toward "high-quality going global."
Using LiuGong's practices as a case study, Luo Wei broke down the keys to enterprise transformation. First, addressing pain points: soaring logistics costs and localization compliance challenges are driving supply chains from a "single global chessboard" toward "regional deep cultivation." Second, the digital lever: through SAP, data silos across more than 20 global production bases have been connected, achieving full-chain visibility across procurement, production, and delivery.

At the LiuGong and Qishi Technology booths, the company's internationalization journey and achievements were displayed, along with Qishi Technology's "AI x Manas-AI Middle Platform" technology, with emphasis on how artificial intelligence under large AI models can help enterprises improve efficiency, optimize decision-making, and reduce costs. Covering the entire value chain—from product R&D, operations management, manufacturing, and supply logistics to product connectivity and product services—Qishi Technology's comprehensive digital transformation solution, built on the Manas-AI Middle Platform, can actively boost the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises, help enterprises launch new business models, and realize commercial value.
In the future, LiuGong Qishi Technology will continue to work hand in hand with SAP to offer advice and suggestions for the high-quality going-global and global development layout of "new-type Chinese enterprises," provide the golden key to opening the door to global markets, and serve as a "guide" for Chinese enterprises setting sail overseas.
