In engine components, Yuchai Casting has been running at full capacity, achieving batch delivery of cylinder head blanks for export to Europe, marking a "good start" for casting exports to overseas markets and an important milestone in Yuchai Casting's expansion into overseas markets.

In automotive components, Yuchai Casting successfully won a large batch order for integral axle housings from a leading domestic automotive chassis component enterprise, with the order scale setting a new historical record. As a key component of automotive chassis systems, Yuchai Casting's integral axle housing products use QT700-10 material to replace steel plate welded parts, being 10% lighter than steel parts and achieving a balance between lightweighting and high strength.

At the same time, to accelerate its development in the new track of intelligent equipment, Yuchai Casting closely follows the national development strategy and actively explores new paths for business development. Recently, Yuchai Casting passed the ductile iron material audit standards of an enterprise in Suzhou and obtained a high-end automated equipment robot product development project. The company's independently developed industrial robot harmonic reducer rigid wheel product extends traditional engine casting technology into the field of robot joint manufacturing, and adopts the exclusively developed QT1000-5 high-strength grade ductile iron material, featuring high tensile strength and hardness performance requirements, a simple structure, easy operation, and low investment cost, bringing a brand-new solution to the domestic robot joint manufacturing field.
