Jiadel Xiamen New Materials Production Base

At the Jiadel Xiamen New Materials Production Base project, cushion layer construction following the pile foundation work is underway, and some buildings have begun first-floor structural construction.

The project has a building area of 92,800 square meters, mainly constructing 3 employee dormitories, 1 office building, 2 warehouses and 4 factory buildings, and purchasing and installing 7 German Brückner biaxially oriented polypropylene film production lines, equipped with slitting machines and related auxiliary equipment. The planned capacity is an annual output of 3,600 tons of ultra-thin capacitor film and 1,400 tons of polypropylene pellets, with an estimated annual output value of 1.8 billion yuan after reaching full production. Xiamen Jiadel New Materials Co., Ltd. is committed to the manufacture and process improvement of high-temperature capacitor film, and has achieved multiple breakthroughs in the ultra-thin stretching process and ultra-temperature-resistant film direction of BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) electrical film materials.

Xinpeng Industry and Trade Capital Increase and Production Expansion Project

At the site of the Xinpeng Industry and Trade capital increase and production expansion project, the exterior wall scaffolding removal of the main structure has been successfully completed. The project has a building area of 44,360 square meters and aims, through capital increase and production expansion, to further enhance the enterprise's production capacity and expand its production scale. After smooth commissioning this year, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 800 million to 1 billion yuan.

At the construction site of the Fujian Shengdi High-End API Base project, the main plant is undergoing interior decoration. The project is located in Dongfu Subdistrict, Haicang District, with a total land area of 94,200 square meters. The project will introduce fully automatic production lines, centralized control systems and workshop equipment automatic control centers, which will greatly increase API production capacity and help the enterprise form a systematic full-industry-chain model from API (drug) production to formulation production.

As a wholly owned subsidiary in Xiamen of Hengrui Pharmaceuticals, a well-known domestic innovative and internationalized pharmaceutical enterprise, Fujian Shengdi is committed to the R&D and production of small-molecule chemical drugs, small nucleic acid innovative drugs and peptide drugs in fields such as metabolism, antivirals, anti-infectives and surgery-related areas.

Faratronic Nanhai Road Plant

At the site of the Xiamen Faratronic Nanhai Road Plant project, plastering of the factory building's interior and exterior walls has been completed, and roof pouring for the dormitory building has been completed.

The project is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Nanhai Fourth Road and Nanhai Second Road, Haicang Subdistrict, Haicang District. It mainly constructs 1 office building, 3 dormitory buildings and 3 capacitor production plants, with supporting hazardous chemicals warehouse, and mainly builds film capacitor production lines for new energy, developing and putting into use internationally advanced key equipment and instruments, including coating machines, slitting machines, winding machines, welding and assembly production lines, metal spraying machines, sorting and testing machines, etc., forming an additional production capacity of 19 billion microfarads of film capacitors. It is expected to be completed and put into use in mid-2026, and after reaching full production, achieve an annual output value of about 5 billion yuan, forming a new energy capacitor industrial cluster worth tens of billions.

Silan Chip Manufacturing Production Line Project

At the construction site of the Silan Jihong 8-inch silicon carbide power device chip manufacturing production line project, first-floor masonry of the main plant and roof steel structure truss hoisting are proceeding methodically, and the power station has been topped out.

The project has a total investment of 12 billion yuan and a total building area of 234,500 square meters, and is built in two phases. After both phases are completed and put into production, it will form an annual production capacity of 720,000 8-inch silicon carbide power device chips, which will better meet domestic demand for silicon carbide chips for new energy vehicles and help accelerate the development of Xiamen's third-generation semiconductor industry and the rapid cultivation of supporting industries.

"At present, the entire Haicang District is continuously deepening and expanding the 'Three Strivings' action and implementing the 'Strive Hard, Forge Ahead' special action. In accordance with the 'Four Take the Lead' work requirements put forward by the municipal party committee for Haicang, we are going all out to advance project construction to achieve new progress, new results and new breakthroughs," said a relevant person in charge of Haicang District. Projects are the "ballast stone" for stabilizing economic operation and the hard support for promoting high-quality development; "grasping projects and promoting investment" is the top priority of the district's work this year.
