Recently, according to the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Announcing the 2024 Green Manufacturing List" (Gongxin Ting Jie Han [2025] No. 33) issued by the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Liugong) was successfully selected as a Green Supply Chain Management Enterprise by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

For many years, Liugong has consistently upheld the new development philosophy of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing," integrating the concept of green development into every aspect of its corporate strategy and production and operations, and building a green supply chain management system. Across the entire life cycle—including product design, manufacturing, product use, and recycling and disposal—it minimizes resource consumption and environmental pollution, adheres to the brand philosophy of green, intelligent technology that extends human power, and drives the green and low-carbon development of the entire industrial chain.

Liugong applies green design concepts throughout the entire product research and development process. Products such as the T-series loaders and pure electric loaders are highly efficient and energy-saving, reducing life-cycle carbon emissions and increasing the disassembly and recycling rate of core components, combining the dual advantages of high efficiency and economy with environmental protection.

Across all stages of the manufacturing process, Liugong continues to advance intelligent manufacturing upgrades and raise the green level of production and manufacturing. Through the deep integration of next-generation information technology and advanced manufacturing technology, it achieves the digital and intelligent transformation of manufacturing. In addition, Liugong's photovoltaic project adopts the "energy performance contracting" model, with a total installed capacity of 18.13 megawatts across four plants, an expected average annual power generation of 17 million kWh, and a reduction of approximately 11,495 tons of carbon dioxide emissions. By establishing a digital energy management platform, Liugong carries out refined management of energy use, strengthens the management of wastewater, waste gas, waste and noise, and practices low-carbon circular logistics to achieve the sustainable production goals of "high efficiency, cleanliness, low carbon and recyclability." In 2024, Liugong was successfully selected by the Guangxi Department of Industry and Information Technology as an "Intelligent Manufacturing Benchmark Enterprise" and a "Green Factory."

At the same time, Liugong has established a comprehensive green supply chain management system and clearly defined the environmental code of conduct and requirements for suppliers. By building a supply chain management platform (SRM), it promotes green procurement, conducts environmental performance assessments and screening of suppliers, and actively carries out green technology exchanges and cooperation with suppliers to promote the application of green materials, green processes and green packaging.

Liugong's selection as a "Green Supply Chain Management Enterprise" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is recognition of Liugong's years of commitment to the green development philosophy and its promotion of the green transformation and upgrading of manufacturing.
