Recently, the Guiyang PowerChina Real Estate · Yunya Fu Phase I project (a total of 9 buildings), constructed by Sinohydro Bureau 9 Co., Ltd. under Power Construction Corporation of China, has been fully delivered, continuously providing local residents with a high-quality living environment.

The project is located in Yunya District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, and is an important window project for urban renewal and transformation. It is situated at the hub position of the "New First Ring" within Guiyang's "One Axis, Five Rings, Nine Horizontals, Ten Verticals" urban backbone road network, enjoying a superior geographical location and convenient transportation. The total construction area of the project is approximately 550,000 square meters. The Phase I construction works consist entirely of commercial residential buildings, totaling 9 buildings and 16 units, equipped with a primary school and public facilities, as well as an undeveloped mountain park, including 2 underground floors and 25/30/32 floors above ground, with the tallest building reaching 98.05 meters.

From blueprint aspirations to quality delivery, PowerChina has realized homebuyers' two-way journey toward an ideal life and a beautiful community. During the project construction process, the project team fully implemented safety production, precisely controlled construction techniques, strictly managed engineering quality, and overcame difficulties such as weak geological foundations and pile hole construction in high backfill areas. To ensure the on-time delivery of fine decoration, the project department invested more than 800 construction personnel during the peak construction period, fully carrying out various construction tasks of the project, and ensuring that delivery capability improvement work was implemented effectively. Through joint efforts, the project team completed tasks including the on-schedule delivery of Buildings 2-8, full passage of fire acceptance inspection, and full completion of the main structure, helping the project achieve full delivery 9 days ahead of the construction schedule. Taking the full delivery of the Phase I project as an opportunity, the project team will fully devote itself to the construction of the Phase II project.

After the project is put into use, it will effectively accelerate the old city transformation of the Sanma area, drive the development of surrounding commercial districts, create a demonstration city of Guiyang's "living circle," and at the same time effectively support the smooth implementation of Guiyang City's "One Circle, Two Markets, Three Reforms" construction, providing strong housing security support for Guiyang City's implementation of the "Strengthening the Provincial Capital" action.
