According to the agreement, the two parties will uphold the principles of mutual respect, voluntary equality, mutual benefit and win-win results, and complementary advantages. By integrating superior resources to explore new development models, they will carry out all-round and in-depth strategic cooperation in multiple fields such as agricultural product supply, integrated supply chain development, and vehicles, machinery and equipment and application services.

Feng Tong pointed out that central-local cooperation is an important measure for implementing the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and supporting Chinese-style modernization. Steadily advancing cooperation is the working tone of Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation and Yuchai Group, and the two parties should fully leverage their respective industrial advantages to expand new areas of cooperation, explore new cooperation models, and create new cooperation mechanisms.

Shen Guang stated that Yuchai should firm up its development confidence, fully learn new ideas, new paths, and new models of industrial development, strengthen industrial cooperation between the two parties, vigorously promote the implementation of the "1335 Strategy," and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
