2024 Top 100 Chinese Overseas Brands
The 2024 Top 100 Chinese Overseas Brands Index was jointly compiled and released by People's Daily Overseas Edition Online and GYBrand Global Brand Research Institute. It comprehensively evaluates and analyzes Chinese overseas enterprises mainly from four dimensions—overseas performance, brand building, brand contribution, and sustainable development—across a number of indicators. This is a research report that comprehensively showcases the latest achievements in the high-quality development of Chinese overseas brands in the new era, and it also serves as a bellwether for measuring the brand value of Chinese overseas enterprises.

LiuGong makes the list
In 2002, LiuGong was the first in the industry to propose "building an open and internationalized LiuGong." Over more than 20 years, LiuGong has consistently focused on both domestic and international markets and both types of resources, promoting the continued high-quality development of its overseas business. Through the three-step approach of "overseas trade, overseas manufacturing, and overseas mergers and acquisitions," it has written an "overseas expansion" model of a local state-owned enterprise going global, forming an internationalized model integrating R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and aftermarket services, and completing an international layout in China's construction machinery industry with large overseas scale and broad coverage, while continuously enhancing its brand image and awareness.
In 2024, LiuGong's overseas performance growth accelerated, becoming the core driver of the company's performance growth. More than 370 overseas dealers cover over 180 countries and regions, and its overseas layout continues to expand, with new products and new applications continuously helping to increase market share. LiuGong's electric and intelligent products have cumulatively sold more than 6,500 units globally and are exported to 35 countries overseas, polishing a new calling card for "China Intelligent Manufacturing" going global.

LiuGong will always regard internationalization as a long-term strategy and unswervingly advance it in depth, working hand in hand with global dealers and a wide range of partners to create higher value for global customers.

In terms of the environment, LiuGong actively implements the national "dual carbon" strategic deployment, actively promotes the application of electrified, intelligent, and unmanned products and technologies, and builds a green and low-carbon industrial ecosystem. It has 13 electric product lines, and a full series of new energy products has basically taken shape. At the social level, LiuGong actively fulfills its social responsibilities, demonstrates the commitment of a state-owned enterprise, continues to carry out targeted assistance to boost rural revitalization, and participates in charitable donations, earthquake relief, and other public welfare undertakings; it has carried out in-depth cooperation with the Polar Research Institute of China, sending more than 30 person-times to participate in on-site logistics support for the North and South Poles, and more than 30 sets of engineering machinery and equipment have supported China's polar scientific research.
