Recently, XCMG's Angola subsidiary successfully conducted skills-level certification training for localized overseas service engineers, and welcomed its first batch of foreign service engineers who successfully obtained certification and took up their posts.

JARRY is one of the outstanding representatives who obtained certification in this certification program. Since joining XCMG's Angola subsidiary in 2021, he has grown from an auxiliary worker into a professional engineer capable of independently operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment, achieving a remarkable transformation from apprentice to master. Speaking about his growth, JARRY was deeply moved: "The company provides me with dedicated training from time to time, from cranestoroad rollers; theytaught me hand by hand how to operate equipment and maintain and repair machines. These trainings changed my career, and I am very grateful for the training opportunities the company has given me."

Like JARRY, another 10 foreign employees also passed the training assessment. All of them successfully obtained the "XCMG Overseas Service Engineer Skills-Level Certification" certificate and officially became an important force in XCMG's global service team.

According to the relevant person in charge of the Service Center of XCMG's International Business Headquarters, since the release of the "XCMG Overseas Localized Service Engineer Skills-Level Certification Management Measures" in April 2024, XCMG's skills-level training and certification for foreign employees overseas has been fully rolled out. As of December, more than 600 localized overseas service engineers have successfully obtained certification and taken up their posts.
