In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and the spirit of the meeting of heads of central enterprises, and to promote the deepening and solid progress of Party building quality and efficiency improvement work, on December 30, 2024, China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) held the fifth session of the "High-Quality Development" Lecture Series and Situation and Task Education. Yu Bin, member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and former deputy director of the Development Research Center of the State Council, delivered a special lecture, and Liu Xiang, deputy secretary of the company's Party Committee, presided over the meeting.

       Taking "Macroeconomic Situation and Policy" as the main thread, Yu Bin provided an in-depth interpretation of the spirit of the 2024 Central Economic Work Conference, systematically analyzed the completion of the main goals and tasks of economic and social development for the year, comprehensively summarized the valuable experience of "must properly coordinate the five relationships," and thoroughly explained that in 2025 a more proactive and effective macro policy will be implemented to enhance the vitality of economic development. At the same time, focusing on the direction of future industrial structure adjustment and policy reform in medium- and long-term economic development, he deepened understanding of the potential, vitality, and confidence of China's economic development, as well as the future opportunities for China's economy to move upward and improve.

       Liu Xiang pointed out that this "High-Quality Development Lecture Series" is not only a re-study and re-understanding of the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference, but also situation and task education for all levels of the company.        This lecture series was held in the form of on-site face-to-face teaching and simultaneous live broadcast through the CCCC Online Academy. Company leaders Min Zhule, Pei Minshan, Chen Zhong, Liu Chengyun, and Liu Zhengchang, the chief engineers, heads of headquarters departments, and leadership teams and employees of units at all levels, nearly 5,000 people in total, participated in the study.
