Recently, the first static-pressure pipe pile construction for the Zhenan Science and Technology City project of CCCC First Highway Engineering Group was successfully completed, marking a solid first step in the project's construction and laying a solid foundation for subsequent large-scale construction.
The Airport Avenue East Extension project undertaken by the Zhenan Science and Technology City project has a total length of 6.37 kilometers, including 147,000 linear meters of static-pressure pipe piles. This is a key component of the project's foundation works, and its construction quality directly affects the stability and safety of the entire engineering structure.
To ensure the smooth progress of the first-piece construction, the project department organized and planned meticulously, formulated detailed construction plans and emergency response plans, and organized comprehensive technical briefings and safety training for construction personnel. During construction, the project department strictly followed standardized operating procedures, deployed advanced static-pressure pipe pile equipment, and assigned dedicated personnel for full-time on-site supervision, conducting real-time monitoring and recording of key parameters such as pile verticality, penetration depth, and pressure values to ensure every procedure met design specification requirements. The first static-pressure pipe pile was driven precisely into the predetermined position, with all indicators performing excellently and fully meeting design requirements upon inspection.
