Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the State Administration for Market Regulation jointly released the "Guiding Catalog of Low-Noise Construction Equipment (2024 Edition)." One excavator and two concrete pump trucks from Zoomlion were selected, earning authoritative recognition once again for their green, low-noise, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly performance.

It is understood that the 2024 edition of the catalog was updated and improved based on the first batch of the catalog. The types and number of models of selected equipment were further expanded, and the noise control level of selected equipment was further improved. The radiated noise outside the machine and the noise at the operator's ear were further reduced, which will effectively promote the prevention and control of construction noise pollution.

The selected ZE135G is a fully new generation G-series China IV emission excavator independently developed by Zoomlion. It adopts an independently developed new cab and uses a passenger-car-style double-layer skin cavity structure design to effectively isolate noise transmission. At the same time, through analysis of the noise transmission chain, it adopts new damping and vibration-reduction noise-control technology, and the engine compartment is equipped with special sound-absorbing sponge to reduce noise transmission caused by vibration from the engine, fan, main pump, and other sources at the source. The emitted noise of the ZE135G excavator and the noise at the operator's ear are both far below the national standard limits, and the machine's controllability and ride comfort are highly praised by users.

Also selected were Zoomlion's Lingyun 70-meter and Lingyun 62-meter light hybrid pump trucks, which have won awards such as China Construction Machinery "Star Product" and "Intelligent Equipment Star Product." The two pieces of equipment adopt the industry-leading "fuel pumping + pure electric standby" mode. Under standby conditions, the engine automatically shuts down through program control, and the power battery provides power to keep the mixing, cleaning, and cab air-conditioning systems operating normally, achieving low noise, low energy consumption, and zero emissions. Actual measurements show that the standby noise in the cab is as low as 50 decibels.
